* This temperature estimated by NCDC.

** An inch of snow was measured on the ground at 1230 pm on 02/06, from a snow that began at 800 am that morning. However, after 1230 pm, the temperature rose above 32 degrees and there was only a trace left on the ground at observation time on 02/07. The second snowfall occurred toward the end of the month. A big blast of cold air pushed in and left behind a half inch of snow on the ground by sunrise on the 27th. A trace of snow was still on the ground a day later, on the last day of the month.
