** A mixture of snow and sleet fell on the night of the 3rd and early on the 4th. At observation time on the 4th, the measurement of snow and sleet on the ground was 1 inch. The precipitation changed to a mixture of freezing rain and sleet during the afternoon on the 4th and, finally, to rain by the evening of the 4h. Much of the 1.39 inches of liquid precipitation, measured on the morning of the 5th, fell as rain on the previous day.

*** A trace of snowfall was recorded on the original form (B-91) for 12/06, but a value of zero was erroneously carried for the 24-hr precipitation. The 24-hr precipitation for 12/06 has been corrected here to indicate a trace.
